Official Burleson County records must come from the government office that maintains them. The contacts below route police and jail requests to the Sheriff, misdemeanor files to the County Clerk, and felony court files to the District Clerk at the Judicial Center in Caldwell.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Felony files are held by District Clerk Dana Fritsche, Burleson County Judicial Center, 205 East Fox Street, Suite 2001, Caldwell, TX 77836, 979-567-2336. Counter hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. County Clerk Anna Schielack handles County Court misdemeanor files at 979-567-2329.
